"The Gateway" will occupy a century-old mixed use building and serve as the primary southeastern entry point to the Hampden neighborhood of Baltimore. Originally a drug store with an owner residence above, the structure will be restored to historic standards per both CHAP and State guidelines, and will house 4 modern apartment units above retail space.  Modern spaces in historic buildings - doesn't get much better than that.
